Plastic laminated film roll, also known as composite plastic roll film, refers to a polymer material composed of two or more layers of films of different materials.
A: According to the function of the material, the composite laminated films can be generally divided into: outer layer, intermediate layer, inner layer etc.
1. Materials with good mechanical strength, heat resistance, printing performance and optical performance are usually selected as outer materials;
2. The intermediate layer material is usually used to strengthen a certain characteristic function of the composite structure, such as barrier, light shielding, fragrance retention, composite strength etc.
3. The inner layer material is mainly used for sealing. The inner layer structure directly contacts the contents, so it is required to be non-toxic, tasteless, water resistant and oil resistant.
B: According to the number of composite materials, composite membranes can generally be divided into: single-layer materials, double-layer composite membranes, three-layer composite membranes, etc.
1. Double layer composite films such as PT/PE, paper/aluminum foil, paper/PE, PET/PE, PVC/PE, NY/PVDC, PE/PVDC, PP/PVDC etc.
2. Three layers composite membrane, such as BOP/PE/OPP, PET/PVDC/PE, PET/PT/PE, PT/AL/PE, wax/paper/PE etc.
3. Four layers composite film, such as PT/PE/BOP/PE, PVDC/PT/PVDC/PE, paper/aluminum foil/paper/PE etc.
4. Five layers composite membrane, such as PVDC/PT/PE/AL/PE;
5. Six layers composite membrane, such as PE/paper/PE/AL/PE/PE, etc.
C: According to the substrate used for composite film, it can be divided into aluminum plastic composite laminated film, aluminum plated composite film, paper aluminum composite film, paper plastic composite film, etc.
1. Aluminum foil laminated film is the most commonly used composite roll film, which usually contains pure aluminum (AL). It has good mechanical strength, light weight, no heat adhesion, metallic luster, good light shielding, strong light reflection, resistance to corrosion, good barrier, strong moisture and water resistance, strong air tightness, and fragrance retention;
2. The aluminized coating film is generally polyester aluminized (VMPET), which has metallic luster, high gas barrier and light weight, but the adhesion viscosity of the composite layer is not high and the peel strength is low.
3. Paper aluminum plastic composite film is composed of aluminum foil, plastic film and kraft paper (cardboard). It can be made into square, cylindrical, rectangular, conical and other forms of packaging film.
