Packaging machines can be divided into vertical and horizontal ones, and vertical ones can be divided into continuous (also known as roller type) and intermittent (also known as palm type) ones. Bagging can be divided into three side sealing, four side sealing, back sealing, and a number of lines of packaging equipment. There are many kinds of packaging equipment, and the differences between them are also great. In the actual use of composite membrane coiled materials, we will encounter various problems. This paper analyzes the causes of six common problems in detail for reference.
1、 Cursor problems
In the process of automatic packaging of composite film coils, positioning heat sealing and positioning cutting are often required, and an electric eye cursor is required for positioning. The size of the cursor varies with different packaging opportunities. Generally, the width of the cursor is more than 2mm and the length is more than 5mm. Generally, the cursor is dark color that has a large contrast with the background color. It is better to use black. Generally, red and yellow cannot be used as the cursor, nor can the color code with the same color as the photoelectric eye be used as the cursor color. If the light green color is used as the cursor color of the photoelectric eye, because the green photoelectric eye cannot recognize the green color. If the background color is a darker color (such as black, dark blue, dark purple, etc.), the time mark should be designed as a hollow and white light color cursor.
The electric eye system of an ordinary automatic packaging machine is a simple identification system, which cannot have the function of intelligent length fixing like the bag making machine. Therefore, within the longitudinal range of the electric eye cursor, the roll film is not allowed to have any interfering words and patterns, otherwise it will cause identification errors. Of course, the black and white balance of some electric eyes with high sensitivity can be precisely adjusted, and some light-colored interference signals can be removed by adjustment, but pattern interference signals with colors similar to or darker than the cursor cannot be removed.
