Multilayer co extruded film is generally a kind of film with excellent barrier performance, mechanical performance, tensile forming performance and heat-sealing performance, which is made of a variety of high barrier raw materials through the co extrusion composite processing process. It does not need to be compounded separately in the processing process, nor does it involve problems such as printing and brushing ink, adhesives and additives residues. Therefore, it is a relatively green and environmentally friendly film for food packaging with low-cost advantages.
The multilayer co extruded film is added with a product made of polyester epoxy resin and isoprene rubber epoxy resin through a series of processing processes and production. It has a variety of characteristics of both, water and temperature resistance, excellent physical and mechanical properties, and light transmission and wear resistance.
The raw materials of epoxy resin with different functional characteristics, such as PA, PE, PP, TIE, EVOH, are melted and extruded separately by using multiple extruders. They are converged in a material pipe according to different flow channels, and then formed by blowing and refrigeration.
